The Event - AN ATHLETIC FUND-RAISING EVENT TO BENEFIT CHILDREN ON THE AUTISM SPECTRUM. Proceeds will go to the Autism Society of Connecticut ( http://www.autismsocietyofct.org ) and to the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism ( http://www.flutiefoundation.org ) WHEN: Saturday, June 7, 2008 In order to receive an official T-shirt OR to be eligible for prizes and awards for the most push-ups you must pre-register on-line and you must raise a minimum donation of $25. Please be sure to pay the $25 as early as possible to receive your T-shirt on the day of the event. If you do not pre-pay on time for us to have your T-shirt ready for you at the event, you will be notified about how to pick up your T-shirt after the event. Participants may arrive at any time and leave at any time before 2 PM. The schedule below is for those interested in competing for prizes. For those interested in competing for awards and prizes for the most pushups, you are required to check in by 9:30 AM. - 8:00am - 9:30am = check in / on-site registration, free coffee, warm up
- 9:30am - 9:45am = welcome announcement
- 10:00am - 2:00pm = pushups
- 2:00pm - 3:30pm = announcements, sponsors, door prizes/ raffle
